Warm AI analyzes your communication preferences to generate messages that sound like you wrote them. Your Messaging Style Profile captures how you naturally communicate, ensuring every outreach message reflects your authentic voice.
Taking the Quiz
- Navigate to Settings → Profile & Communication
- Click “Take Messaging Style Quiz”
- Answer questions about your communication preferences:
- How you start conversations
- Preferred message length
- How you build curiosity
- Your approach to friction and urgency
The quiz takes approximately 3–5 minutes. Answer honestly for the most accurate results.

Your Archetype
After completing the quiz, Warm AI assigns you one of 6 archetypes:

Updating Your Profile
You have two options for updating your Messaging Style Profile:
- Review & Edit Answers — Adjust individual quiz responses without starting over
- Retake From Scratch — Complete the full quiz again for a fresh profile
Tip: Retake the quiz quarterly. Your communication style evolves over time, and keeping your profile current ensures Warm AI stays aligned with how you actually communicate.

- Review generated messages — After completing the quiz, send a few test messages and check they feel natural

FAQ
My messages don’t sound like me. What should I do? Retake the quiz and answer more carefully. If you rushed through the first time, your profile may not accurately reflect your style. You can also use “Review & Edit Answers” to adjust specific responses.
My profile feels outdated. How do I refresh it? Go to Settings → Profile & Communication and click “Retake From Scratch”. This clears your existing profile and lets you start fresh.
Why do my messages still feel generic? Your messaging style is only one input. Make sure you also have a well-configured ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and product description. These work together with your style profile to produce personalised messages.
Can I have different profiles for different audiences? Currently, each account has one messaging style profile. However, you can adjust message tone and style per-message using the template options in the API or platform.
How long do changes take to apply? Changes to your messaging style profile take effect immediately. The next message you generate will use your updated profile.
Can I see my previous results? Previous quiz results are not stored. If you retake the quiz, your old profile is replaced with the new one.
