Complete these setup steps before you can start generating messages.
Why These Steps Matter
Warm AI needs to understand who you are, what you offer, and who you’re targeting before it can generate effective, personalised outreach messages.
Step 1: Complete Your Profile
Head to your Profile settings and fill in the following:
- Full name — used to sign off messages naturally
- Job title — helps Warm AI position you credibly
- LinkedIn profile URL — used to reference your public profile during outreach
Step 2: Add Company Information
Navigate to Company Settings and provide:
- Company name
- Industry
- Company description — a short summary of what your company does and the value it provides
Step 3: Set Communication Preferences
Configure how you want Warm AI to craft your messages:
- Primary outreach goal — e.g. book a demo, start a conversation, drive sign-ups
- Messaging tone and style — professional, casual, friendly, direct, etc.
- CTA preferences — what action you want prospects to take
Step 4: Connect Your LinkedIn Account
Link your LinkedIn account via OAuth to enable outreach features.
- Secure connection — Warm AI never stores your password
- Only personal LinkedIn accounts are supported (not company pages)
